Diagnostic call (30 min, free)
We review your data landscape, current tooling and the decision you want to automate. You leave with a written fit-check memo within 48 hours.
Answer these four questions before you read another word on this page.
If your organisation stores customer records, transaction logs or sensor readings in a database or warehouse, you can skip straight to model training. Raw spreadsheets and PDFs need a data-engineering phase first, which adds two to six weeks.
Readiness signalAI works best when there is a clear, repeated choice: approve or reject, classify or route, forecast or flag. If you are still exploring what to improve, start with our diagnostic workshop rather than a full build.
Scope signalEvery deployed model needs someone who monitors drift, reviews edge cases and signs off retraining cycles. Without that person, the project stalls within three months. We can supply a managed-service owner if needed.
Governance signalConcrete targets keep AI projects honest. "Reduce invoice processing time from 14 minutes to under 3" is useful. "Leverage AI across the business" is not. We help you sharpen vague goals into measurable outcomes during the first week.
Outcome signalMost AI vendors show you a capabilities list and hope you pick the most expensive option. We built this page differently. Scroll through a side-by-side comparison of our three engagement tiers, read real scenario breakdowns, and decide which level of involvement actually matches your team, your data and your budget.
Based in London, DiscoverAICore works with mid-size organisations that want measurable results from machine learning, natural-language processing and computer vision without hiring a full data-science department.
Three engagement levels. One honest table. Prices are indicative monthly ranges for a single project stream.

"We started on the Guided tier and moved to Embedded within two months. The comparison table on this page is what convinced our CFO."— Head of operations, UK logistics firm (42 employees)
"Their managed tier replaced a three-person analytics team we could never fully staff. Invoice classification accuracy went from 71% to 94% in the first quarter."— Finance director, healthcare supplier
"Honest about what AI can't do, which saved us from a six-figure mistake with a different vendor."— CTO, e-commerce brand (£18m revenue)
We review your data landscape, current tooling and the decision you want to automate. You leave with a written fit-check memo within 48 hours.
Our engineers connect to your data sources, profile quality and build a feature catalogue. This takes five to ten working days depending on source count.
We train candidate models, compare accuracy against your current process and present results in a plain-language report. No jargon-heavy slide decks.
The chosen model is containerised, connected to your systems via API and monitored with alerting thresholds you approve.
Guided-tier clients receive full documentation and a handover session. Embedded and Managed clients continue with scheduled reviews and retraining cycles.
Same technology, different organisations, different tiers. See which path resembles yours.
A 28-person law firm needed to sort incoming correspondence into 14 matter categories. They had 60,000 labelled emails in Outlook.
After the engagement ended, the firm's IT manager maintained the model using our runbook. They have not needed further support in seven months.
A distributor supplying 320 restaurant accounts across the South East wanted to reduce over-ordering waste. Their data lived in three separate systems.
The project required significant data-engineering work to unify sources. A Guided engagement would not have covered that, which is why the comparison table matters.
Every AI consultancy can list the same buzzwords. What separates a good engagement from a wasteful one is knowing which tier of involvement your data maturity, team capacity and budget actually support. We publish our comparison openly because informed buyers become better long-term partners.
If you are still unsure after reading this page, book the free diagnostic call. Thirty minutes of honest conversation beats thirty pages of marketing.
Not perfectly, but we do need access. Messy data is normal. The data-mapping sprint exists precisely to assess quality, fill gaps and build the pipeline. If your records are entirely on paper, we will scope a digitisation phase before anything else.
Yes. About a third of our clients upgrade after the Guided tier confirms the use case is viable. Billing adjusts at the start of the next calendar month. Downgrading is also possible with 30 days notice.
We set a minimum accuracy threshold with you before training begins. If the prototype does not meet it, we document why, recommend next steps (more data, different features, alternative approach) and do not charge for the deployment phase. You keep all code and documentation produced up to that point.
If your annual revenue is under £5m and you have one use case in mind, start with Guided. If you have proven the concept but need production infrastructure, go Embedded. If you want us to own the outcome end-to-end, choose Managed.
That heuristic covers about 80% of the enquiries we receive. The other 20% need a conversation, which is why the diagnostic call exists.
